Clear + Brilliant® Permea is a gentle fractional laser that creates millions of microscopic treatment zones within the skin to stimulate healthy skin renewal.

Often referred to as the "starter fractional laser," Clear + Brilliant® Permea is an excellent option for maintaining healthy skin, addressing early signs of aging,

Advanced Fractional Resurfacing uses a 2940 nm Erbium (Er:YAG) ablative fractional laser to create thousands of precise microscopic treatment zones within the skin. This controlled resurfacing stimulates healthy skin renewal and collagen remodeling while improving texture, tone, fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars, enlarged pores, and other signs of skin damage.

Like CO2 laser resurfacing, erbium laser resurfacing is an ablative treatment designed to dramatically improve skin quality. However, erbium lasers produce less residual heat than traditional CO2 lasers, allowing for precise skin resurfacing with customizable treatment depths and, for many patients, a more comfortable recovery while still achieving significant improvement.

Downtime varies depending on treatment intensity. Lighter treatments may involve several days of redness and a sandpaper-like texture, while more intensive resurfacing typically requires 5 to 10 days of redness, swelling, and peeling as healthy new skin is revealed.

The Facial Vascular Laser uses a 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser to precisely target visible blood vessels and vascular lesions without damaging the surrounding skin. The laser energy is absorbed by the blood within the vessel, causing it to gradually collapse and be naturally cleared by the body over time.

This treatment is ideal for individual vessels, cherry angiomas, facial veins, and other vascular concerns that require greater precision than broad-area light 

treatments such as IPL.

Laser Scar Remodeling uses a 2940 nm Erbium (Er:YAG) ablative fractional laser to improve the appearance of acne scars, surgical scars, traumatic scars, and other textural irregularities. By creating precise microscopic treatment zones within the skin, the laser stimulates collagen remodeling and healthy skin renewal to gradually soften, smooth, and improve the appearance 

of scar tissue.

Every scar is unique. Treatment recommendations are customized based on the type, location, age, and severity of the scar, as well as your skin type and treatment goals. While scars cannot be completely erased, laser remodeling can significantly improve their appearance and texture.
